About The Club

The Columbus Aqua Ski Club was founded in 1955 and is one of the oldest water ski clubs in the United States. The club is a water sports organization promoting community events for waterskiing, trick skiing, ski jumping and wakeboarding. Annual club activities include a tournament, junior development, and a ski show for various community groups.

The club skis on White Sulfur Lake, Northwest of Columbus, Ohio. The lake size provides great water conditions for slalom, trick, and jump and enough space for wakeboarding. Many families in the club can trace their history back to the original days of the ski club on the Scioto River. This family friendly tradition continues today as skiers of all abilities are welcomed at the lake.
